AN INTRODUCTION TO TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE 
A Full Day Workshop Facilitated by Steve Hudson.
The ancient art of Chinese Medicine has been around for more than 4,000 years but it wasn’t until the later part of the last century that we in the West woke up to its gentle healing potential. Unlike Western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) recognizes we are body, mind and spirit and uses time-honored natural principles to restore balance to the healing process.
This one day workshop is an introduction to TCM aimed at those who want to expand their knowledge to include the healing energies on the body or for those who just want general information on the subject. During this class, we will be looking at:

* Differences between TCM and Western Medicine
* Some major TCM principles

* Some useful Acupuncture points
* An introduction to Acupressure
* You will learn an on-body acupressure technique for a stress headache
Steve taught Traditional Chinese Medicine at the International Academy for Natural Health Sciences in Ottawa for 15 years and was part of the TCM Faculty. Ongoing advanced levels of this course are available to expand your knowledge of oriental medicine to include Acupressure Bodywork and Magnetic Therapy Techniques. REAWAKENING YOUR INTUITION- A GUIDE FOR UNDERSTANDING YOUR TRUE GIFTS
Everyone has the special gift of intuition and the ability to connect into an inner knowing that can help us determine the many paths we take throughout our lifetime. This intuition can sometimes appear as visions, feelings, dreams, symbols, signs or as a general “just knowing” of something. Often as young children, these gifts are “taught” out of us and we shut them down. THE AWAKENING ANGELS SPIRITUAL HEALING CIRCLE via ZOOM
With all the events taking place in 2020 and 2021, most of us feel as if our world has been turned upside down. For many, it has. We all experience stress, overwhelm, loss, trauma and other life changing issues that are hard to deal with during normal, everyday life but compound that with a world pandemic and things get elevated even more. We all need to have basic tools in order to begin any healing process that include feeling safe, grounded, accepted, loved and never judged by others. We would invite you to join us as we begin our “new normal” with online support and healing sessions on Zoom.
During these 90 minute gatherings, we will begin with an intuitive reading of the group energy and give you all a chance to address that. This will be followed by a short original meditation to bring you into the NOW moment, to reground and re-center you, aligning you with your all wise, all knowing Spirit self. This will be followed by an opening of the Circle group to discuss any healing topics and questions you may have, along with long distance healing energy sent to you.
